Return/ Refund/ Exchange Policy

If your product is defective or damaged, please contact AirSource within 14 days of delivery toll free in North America at 1-800-803-3288 or by email to websales@airsource.net. A representative from AirSource will discuss the problem and arrange for repair or replacement. Callular phones, pay as you go, TotalPhone, prepaid products/Ready 4 You, earpieces, headsets, faceplates and antennas are non-refundable. A $25.00 restocking fee will apply on returns. Accessory items will be refunded with a receipt in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Warranty will not be done without an invoice. $7.00 express exchange charge for accessory warranty.

Delivery Policy

AirSource partners with Purolator to provide delivery of products to all our online customers. Purolator shipping methods to chose from for most items are:
  • Prairie Provinces (SK, AB, MB):PuroPak (NEXT DAY AIR), Standard Ground (~1-day) Service
  • Rest of Canada: PuroPak and Ground Service
  • United States: USA PuroPak

  • Security Capabilities and Policy

  • Committed to providing the most advanced online security features, we support the Verified by Visa security service. Click on the Verified by Visa symbol to learn more.
  • Your credit card details are sent directly to AirSource's payment provider, Beanstream, Inc., over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction. AirSource employees do not have access to these details.
  • When you request a cellular activation, any identifying information we require for a credit check is passed to our servers via a secure 128-bit SSL connection, and is stored on our servers using triple-DES encryption.
  • Your contact information is sent to AirSource's server and is accessible only to our authorized order fulfillment staff. Other Airsource employees do not have access to the information.
    AirSource may disclose any information in your customer file to its agents, dealers, related companies and entities that perform administrative functions for AirSource. To serve you better and to respond to your needs, AirSource may wish to promote and market additional products and services to you.
