If your product is defective or damaged, please contact AirSource within 14 days of delivery toll free in North America at 1-800-803-3288 or by email to websales@airsource.net. A representative from AirSource will discuss the problem and arrange for repair or replacement.
Callular phones, pay as you go, TotalPhone, prepaid products/Ready 4 You, earpieces, headsets, faceplates and antennas are non-refundable. A $25.00 restocking fee will apply on returns. Accessory items will be refunded with a receipt in original condition within 14 days of purchase. Warranty will not be done without an invoice. $7.00 express exchange charge for accessory warranty.
