What shipping methods does AirSource use?
We use Purolator wherever possible for shipping. In some cases where the shipping address is rural or not serviced by Purolator, we will use Canada Post.

My payment was declined. Do I have to go through the entire order process to try another payment method?
No. Simply click on "Your Account" then click on the number next to "Orders." Click on your current order from the list, then click "Pay Now"

How can I tell if a product is in stock?
You can check our inventory data by looking at the detailed information on a product. Online orders are fulfilled at our head office in Saskatoon.
